2000 CRV A/C Evaporator leak
I want to start off by saying great site you have here.
I have a 2000 Honda CRV, my a/c is not working due to lack of refrigerant in the system. Being a former Dodge tech, I know my way around vehicles pretty good. I removed my cabin filter from behind the glove box and noticed what appears to be refrigerant leaking from the expansion valve which is mounted in with the evap coil. Has anyone seen this before? I am going to add dye today so I can try to see exactly where it is leaking from, but it appears I will have to remove the HVAC box. Can anyone give me the procedure on doing this? Thanks

most honda hvac boxes can be removed in sections, look at the section where the evap core is and you should be able to see how to remove it, trust me it should be a cake walk compared to the dodges, i'm sure you've done a ram or two
