i need help i have parts the wont let me pass smog is there any way to like"Cheat" the system?
or do i have to get the stock parts??

contact "civic nation" for smog hook ups...he stays out in riverside and claims that he can hook you up with smog for $120

if your car is all stock and you cant pass the smog then you shoud apply for the state cap program and they will pay up to $500 to fix you car...i failed last year and applied and they put me a brand new magnaflow catalytic converter and passed my car...you can apply through the link below and just fill out a application...!!!

headers
and an exhaust
and it has a D15b engine in it would that be considered stock?

not unless that d15b is your original engine and you have all the stock parts can you apply...exhaust doesn't matter but all the original emissions parts on the engine do matter...!!!

where you found the d15b stamp on the front of the motor under the upper radiator hose...!!!
