how to yank off front end

Default how to yank off front end

got a crx with the front bumper and hood smashed in a bit. cant open it. how should i go about opening it? thanks

unbolt the bumper from the front bumper support. you can see them through the front opening in the bumper.
4 bolts, then yank off the bumper, then you'll be able to get at the hood latch

or you can do this, jack up the car and get as many extensions as you can. slide under the car and position the extensions just under the hood latch. then have a buddy pull on the hood latch cable as you hit the extensions with a hammer and it will pop open (assuming the hood latch/t-bar are not too damaged) post some pics.

the bumper and hood are pretty messed up so the t bar is damaged

quick question: is it correct that the bumper support is right behind the bumper?haha?
and where can you buy the foam behind the bumper.
