So I had a problem with a ground fixed the other day, and ever since its been out of the shop the brake lights are stuck on. I was wondering if there were any places in particular to check the wiring? Need Help ASAP!

 

if its a da, check the brake light switch by the peda, they like to break off.

 

lol, i checked and its that exactly... the little plug broke. srry, I didnt see the pieces of it on the floor so i didn't think that's what it was.

whats the part number for that little plug? does anyone know?

 

idk the part number, but you can get it at autozone as well.

 

dooode, go to the junkyard and get one off any integra. This happened to me a couple months ago.

 

haha... as soon as I saw this topic, I knew EXACTLY what it was!!! But someone already filled you in on it... yeah, I went into work all day one day and came out and my brake lights were on... I was like "wtf"? looked on the driver's floor, and there were pieces of brake switch laying on the floor,lol... I ended up rigging something up to get home, so no one thought I was hitting the brakes the whole time,lol.... easy fix... just hit up a junk yard

 

i think i used a screw, lol, i didnt even replace the switch.

 

on mine the switch didnt break but the tab that it activates it on broke... i just fixed it using jb weld!!!

 

YOU CAN ALSO USE A 10MM NUT & BOLT THEN AJUST THE SWITH BACK.

 

im sure that would have worked too..
