Hey guys i just put a JDM b16 in my 89 CRX DX and did all the wiring. when i go to start it the ecu light just stays on the car makes a hummight sound like a fuel pump but it just keeps makeing the sound and will not start or anything please help

 

is it turning over? I dont believe the ecu light should be staying on either. it should flash once than go away

you swapped out for the b16 ecu right?

 

no its not tunning over and yeah its a b16 ecu i no it works it was in my old b16 crx i just dont no where to go from here any ideas

 

borrow a working b16 ecu from a friend and test to make sure that your ecu didn't go bad...!!!

 

or any obd0 ecu pm8 pm6 ps9 pr4 ect ect as long as its mpfi it will start

 

ok guys ill try that tomorrow and see what happens
