what kind of paper is it called where you can print out your own pictures/stickers and use it on cars etc? sorry if its a stupid question. is it a vynl or a type of paper?

 

Yeah it's called vinyl, you'll also need the transfer paper to make it easier. transfer paper is like a less sticky surface that just sticks to the vinyl and keeps it from moving with you apply it to the car.
