Is the Wagon rear disc calipers the same as the Integra Type-R Calipers?

No, i highly doubt it.

 

4th and 5th gen wagons share their front calipers with 5th Gen Accord v6's and ITR's.

 

1994-97 Accord Wagon uses the D503 brake pad, which is also used by the ITR, NSX, certain year Prelude VTEC, and other Honda/Acura models.

In the rear, the 1994-97 Accord Wagon uses the D537 pad, which is also used by many Prelude and Accord models. The ITR uses the D536 pad in the rear, which will also fit in the D537-spec calipers, but it does not have an anti-rotate lug on the inside pad.
