CRX ZC DOHC
i have a DOHC ZC Engine and Transmission and im swapping it into my 88 crx hf,
i am wanting to know;
what axles will work in this swap ive heard 1988 integra axles will work perfectly.
and what ecu will be needed, will my hf wiring harness still work? dont i need to wire my distributor differently?
i am gonna use 89 si hubs will the integra axle splines fit?
what headers go on this engine is it still d series headers since it is still considered a d series even tho its dual cam? or will i need b series headers? '
thank you

if you have a ZC transmission with intermediate shaft, you need to swap the knuckles/hubs for ones from 88-91 CRX/Civic DX/Si/LX and use 90-93 Integra axles - 86-89 Integra axles are too short
the best ECU to use is the JDM PM7 - the 88-89 (not 86-87) Integra PG7 will work just as well - the 88-91 CRX/Civic PM6 will work, but has rev limiter about 400rpm lower than the PM7 or PG7
use your HF wiring harness and make the changes to it at the distributor, like this:

you use the D-series header - it doesn't match the ports in the head exactly, so the best thing to do is grind out the top of the header ports to line up with the ports in the head - we have run the header without matching the ports and it doesn't make a whole lot of difference in how it runs
