In this picture, http://i75.photobucket.com/albums/i2...DSC_0644-1.jpg there is a large silver anchor/tow hitch/shipping restraint device on the rear of the car. I see a lot civics and teg's driving around with these things. What in the world are they called, and where do I find one? This has been driving me nuts!

man, passwords **** is so expensive. ebay has a look alike for alot cheaper. and there is a guy on here that sells golden eagle ones for 60 shipped or something like that.
Agree I think they are useless wastes. And also agree their prices are too high. get a little name and go wild with your prices seems like that is the way. Those hooks can't cost but about 25 to make. Just gave the guy the info he wanted.
They're waaaay overrated.
We bought a car from a couple 'tards that put a tow hook on the front of an EG hatch. I guess they tried to actually tow the car with it and it ripped the front lower crossmember off.

I had one on my eg on the front because I use to have a problem with cv's breaking at the track but got tired of walking around the front of my car at night and kicking it with my shin so I took it off
