Suspension and Camber
Hello, I'm new here on the forums. So I own a 2004 Silver Honda Civic Ep3. I am currently thinking of purchasing the Koni Yellow Shocks, with the struts, and towers. In doing so I would also be purchasing Enkei RPF1's 16x7 with a 35 offset. I am curious to know if I would need a camber kit if I am planning on lowering the car about 2.5 inches? If so what would you guys say is the best company to buy the camber components that I would need?
Thanks
Thanks
I would put camber kit for sure, because the inner side of the tire will wear unevenly and it will wear out a lot faster with out it . Go for: skunk2, Progress, ingalls, wicked etc. Don't buy the cheapy stuff. Just from the look of it, it just doesn't look as sturdy. If you're just lowering it for the looks, well it doesn't matter otherwise go for the brand names. They usually are stronger.

7th gens normally have an issue since it has the MacPherson suspension setup. The rears will need a camber kit if you lower it anymore than I'd say about 3/4 of an inch. I've been trying to find out a lot of information on lowering mine. Buy the camber kit so you have piece of mind.
