fuel injector wires only getting 3 volts 00 civic ex
like it says above. its only getting 3.7 volts when the car is in on II position. is that normal or is it suppose to be higher? my car battery is good, has spark fuel pump works. just not shooting fuel in car. i dont know where the ground is for the injector wires, ecu work, so if someone knows please tell me cause i think its the ground but do not know where
