Icon2 Mpfi manifold question

Ok so I have a88 civic sedan and I am converting to mpfi. My question is can I do this with the automatic tranny using a manifold from a 5 speed. Does the automatic manifold have some kind of kick down cable.? I already know I need to use the ecufrom the mpfi automatic sedan I just need to know if my auto tranny will function properly with a manifold off a 5 speed. And for those thinking why don't you just do a 5 speed conver. Well just found out I'm going to be a dad and my girl does not have a car at the moment and this was my project car so I'm getting it back to running condition for her. But the other motoris still in the process of being built so my project won't be down for long thanks for all the support in advance I love you honda tech guys
