car is an 1986 honda accord LX. Figured out the hose that is causing the water leak in my car. But so far i cannot figure out what the hose is called so i can replace it. It has a spring inside of it that is now forcing itself out and thats apparently why it won't stay connected. from what i can see it looks as though it attatches to the block then up to just underneath the intake manifold. it's a small hose probably not even a foot long, and not very wide.
Is it No.11 in the linked image?

If it is. That is known as the bypass inlet hose. Honda Part No. 19504-PH1-000

I honestly can't tell without seeing where on the engine thats supposed to sit exactly...is there any chance my hose has numbers on it at all that would help me out?
It goes from the side of the thermostat housing to the back of the intake manifold. I'm not sure if any of the numbers on the hose would be Honda part numbers or not. Can you take a picture of your specific hose and where it goes?

No i can't as i can barely see it at all. i tried to get it off today but where it connects at the topped prove to be too difecult for how sick i am of working on the damn thing to get off today. we were basically blindly trying to reconnect the bottom connection until we talked to a friend and they informed me that the fact that the spring is hanging out of the hose likely means the hose is destroyed and i need a new one.
