Icon2 2000 Civic Si wiring tuck question

I bought a 2000 Civic Si that has a full wire tuck and shaved bay. The dumb *** that tucked the wires for the headlights didnt secure the harness and the tire rubbed it so bad that the wires broke, twisted and melted. What I want to know is this....

Will a 96-98 headlight harness work on a 99-00 civic. If you are not sure what harness Im talking about its # 7 in the picture. This is the harness with the winshield wiper plug, headlight plug, blinker plug ect.

Here is the bay

anyone else out there know thing?

The dip stick has some custom bullshit that has been taken off now. I hate the color of the car. But got it for $2k. So I have money left over to paint this back to EBP. I just want to fix everything right while the car will be apart.

I don't know on the wiring harness..but the upper radiator hose seems to be from a GSR, B16A, etc?

If you get an LS upper hose it will get that other bend by the air filter out. I know it doesn't look kinked or anything and obviously it isn't or you would be having overheating issues but it would look better.

You said you wanted everything right. I suggested chaning the upper rad. hose. Sorry if I busted your bubble but that top rad. hose looks like **** when the rest of the bay looks good.

The current harness is past fixing? Running new wires shouldnt be to bad, although with out pics of the current harness its hard to make that conclusion.

Wasnt asking for your opinion on the hose. I have bigger issues than a hose. Thanks for your response's. But Im tring to start where the major problems are first.

I bought a new one harness. I installed it today and as soon as I turn the head lights on it Pops all Light Fuses under the dash and fuse box. Before I didnt have any headlights, parking lights, blinkers or dash lights but the brake lights worked. Going to replace the fuses but not sure where to look for the problem. Anyone have any ideas?

that is really confusing then, so were you able to drive the car before the wires and everything messed up?? or did you get it after all this happened?

You should punch the person you bought it from in the face for being an idiot. It seriously would have taken 5 sec to zip tie that to prevent that whole mess.
