Coolmate V3 & New Sync 200
Well my old Syncrowave 250 machine finally called it quits on me, been having problems with it for awhile now. We purchased a new Syncrowave 200. Now on my previous machine we ran a WP-20 torch with the Coolmate V3, now what do I need to buy/do to go about hooking the V3 up to the new machine.
I contacted the shop I bought the new machine from and they sent me a DINSE (I believe thats what it is called, single prong twist lock) connector that had a water return line / and a gas out line built into the connector coming off the sides. I just don't see how that will work. If somebody wouldn't mind taking the time to explain to me how to set this up it would be much appreciated. I don't know if they didn't send me the right parts or if I'm just not thinking properly at the moment.
Currently on the new Sync we have been playing around with the air cooled torch that came with the machine. Gas enters the machine threw the back and flows threw the Tig torch connector on the front of the machine.

Scroll down on the videos and there's one titled "connecting a water-cooled tig torch". That should answer your question. If you have any questions regarding that video let me know, I can help you out.

So I currently have argon entering the backside of the machine flowing through to the torch, do I need to disconnect that and run the cooler feed through the machine and run the argon feed right to the gas fitting on the new Miller DINSE torch adapter ?

If you were given anything other than that dinse connector you were given the wrong one.
The dinse connector seems to be similiar to what I used on my Sync200/Coolmate3. (posted by SD Lurker)
Tho, I purchased my connector from CK world wide. Looks very similiar in concept.

Check the above link for the right part number, most welding stores should be able to get this if not, similiar.
Goodluck.
