so i installed the wiring throughout the car and installed the foglights in the factory position..2 problems 1 - they don't turn on(this is a secondary concern right now) problem number 2 is i can't remount my bumper?? what the hell would cause it not to clear? i checked, rechecked, and checked again that the foglights were installed properly into the 3 factory screw spots provided and i don't see what is giving me a clearance issue????
