89 crx si mini-me swap help needed
im about to start swapping my y8 headed mini-me into my 89 crx next weekend. the motor is built, and supposed to be pretty strong.
i need help with wiring it up, though. im running a p28 ecu and the y8 manifold, injectors, sensors, etc.
i have the wiring harness from the wrecked crx that the motor came out of, but its really hacked
wiring doesn't scare me, and i will be doing a soldered, heat shrinked install. i don't wanna spend the money for a conversion harness, and i haven't seen any that look to be worth what they're asking anyway.
the wreck did come with a pcm conversion harness to swap from the a6 pcm to the p28 version, but i would like to double check everything as i go so there is no nasty surprises.
i also have the correct plugs for the motor, as well as the injector driver.
is there anything else i need?
also, does anyone have a good guide for the wiring itself? colors, connector pins, etc. im new at the whole Honda thing. im more comfortable swapping EFI into vintage muscle cars and building full wiring harnesses for street rods, cause that's what i do for a side job. this doesn't scare me, i just need to be armed with the CORRECT information before i tear into this car.
also, ive been told swap to a 4 wire O2 sensor, verses the cars single wire unit. is this correct? if so, how do i wire it to work?
thanks for the help you can throw my way.

the easiest way to do so is to just bite the bullet get a jumper harness, convert to 4 wire and p28. as well as a resistor box if you already dont have one. the 4 wire conversion is included in the manual
he said he didnt want to pay for the harness, plus its not that hard to make one yourself, especially for person that does that as a side job...anyways, i would just get manuals for both cars and figure out the pinouts by comparing wiring diagrams if i couldn't find anything on the web
doing a quick search is beneficial...!!!

yeah, ive spent mot my lunch hours for the last week googling this topic, and very site seems to say something completely different. i ran across that one while searhing as well, and they are uing n RPM activated switch, which i will not do s i have a vtec PCM.
so, anyone have the definitive way to do this? i know its not as cool as a b series or k series swap, but im hoping to still get some help and ave a fun car at the end of it.
also, again, im not planning on using a conversion harness. if i wanted to do that, id use the omemade one that came with the car. it just doeesnt seem like the est way to do it to me. id rather cut, solder, heatshrink, and re-loom.
thank
