Default Best motor setup for road racing (b18c crx)

I currently road race and autox a crx si with a b18c swap. It is fully stripped with bolt-ons and tein flex coilovers. Its getting to be that time where i want to either rebuild the motor, go with forced induction, or high compression N/A. Money is not really the biggest problem right now, i just want the best possible setup for road racing and autox. I don't really want to go turbo because i hate lag and love throttle response. What would you guys do if you could? What do you experienced road racers wish you had? Would a high compression motor revving out to 11k rpms be best? Would a supercharged setup with 10:1 compression revved out to 9k be best?

let me know what you guys think, im ready to plan out a serious build.

Dont we have a hypothetical car build going on already?

If you search the forum you"ll see we have covered this too, as well as every model and engine swap possible. It is polite to read the forum ,and search ,and read some more before asking us what we'd build.

Most of this depends on what sanctioning body you plan on running this car in.
They all have CCR's outlining what legal in each class.
Decide what body you want to run in and pick a class.
Only then will you know what you should build.
Yes... there are cars on here that run boost too.

i did search but i didn't really get what i wanted out of it.

From what i gathered in my search, if i want to road race with a jrsc i will run into heat issues that will involve me then getting some type of intercooler (lht) and having fear of detonation. What i didn't find was how to make good power keeping the motor N/A. I would like a decent powerband with at least 240whp. What kind of N/A build would i need to be looking at?

The All-Motor forum will be a much better place to go to for this kind of information. There are some VERY knowledgeable guys in there, and you'll learn a lot. The FI forum is a little more drag racing-biased, but if you search for "Turbo" in the RRAX forum you'll find a lot. Both have their positives and negatives.

Like dirty said though, before getting into anything you need to figure out what you want to do. Do you want to race competitively on track (or in an autox class, for that matter) or are you just looking to have fun? If you want to RACE, there are rules, and a LOT of them cover legal engine modifications. For the most part, all of your potential plans don't fit into anything that your car would be competitive with.

Also, you're talking about revving to 11K rpms NA or 9K FI. I think you need to do some more research in general because neither of those are realistic, especially on a road course.

FYI, good things you should search for in the RRAX forum are:
-"Turbo"
-"Supercharger"
-"Built motor"
