My fun dsm that I drag race.
11.2 @ 129ish mph 1.9 60ft (track prep very bad) 32psi
11.1 @ 125ish mph 1.6 60ft (good prep, earlier in season) 27psi
season is over up here, everything is cold.. makes 10 sec power but new setup in the works.
Well, I FINALLY got some pics. I literally have no pics, or vids of my car to date. Took some today.. I have a few build pics, but nothing serious.
The quality isn't the greatest, but it shows whats going on anyways.
Heres a bit about the car.

QM Twin Disc, DSS Driveshaft, 4 bolt rear end. Stock Axles.
AEM EMS, Apexi AVCR EBC, AEM 3.5bar, AEM Water/Meth
The car originally went high 12's on 20lbs, than I went out to sparta for CNN meet and ran 24lbs and did a 11.7 once I could finally get the car to leave half decent, than back to TMP (cayuga), and ran about 11.9's 12.0's on same setup (always slower by a couple tenths at TMP), I did a bit of tuning at 27lbs, and went back to TMP and managed a 11.4. This is with 94 pump, and meth. The car has full interior, full weight and runs EXACTLY how you see it in the pictures. Its such a fun car. The welded diff and QM twin isn't the greatest on the street, but I barley drive it.. maybe 2x a week, usually just to the track and back and very very local.
Im confident, that with some driving practice, a few more lbs of boost I can do 10's on stock motor and pump gas. I also have a better set of wheels/tires to use, these things are worn and so HEAVY.
Heres a brakedown of the 11.4 slip, I also backed it up with 2 11.5's right after that pass.. Heck I even hot lapped it.
60' - 1.831
330 - 4.945
1/8 - 7.462
MPH - 96.98
1000 - xxxx
1/4 - 11.464
MPH - 121.37
Car has gone 123mph, and 1.77 is my best sixty foot ever, I can't wait to get down to some 1.5's. I love these cars because you don't need huge MPH's to go really quick.

I have a motor at the machine shop right now.
20" over Weisco 9:1 pistons
Manley Turbo Tuff Rods
ACL bearings
Kiggly Gridle
ARP main studs.
Line Honed, and Bored with Torque Plate for perfect machining.
All new OEM Mitsu Everything else.
Its still a 2.0L and im undecided with the head just yet.. The machinist is just waiting for me to bring him the rest of the parts, Im waiting on the Torque plate thats it! He will be assembling the rotating assembly, I will be doing the rest.
Special thanks to my buddy Jordan for helping me put this together, WeirTech.ca (aaron) for some wicked aluminum welding, and John Shephard for giving me the tour of your shop, as well as the exception on the core exhange and pickup of my trans/clutch/driveshaft and The Shodan for helping me out with my turbo problems.

Thanks for the comments about the plate, It would be more realistic if it was a 7 bolt, but it is comical. I should put the plates on my 96 winter car haha.
you should have no trouble at all getting that thing into the tens with what you have if your running 11.4's with 1.8 60's . i now cut constant 1.65-1.67's after alot of practice in my evo9 MR on the Yokohamas that came stock . so drop that 60 down to the 1.6 range i dont see what you cant get 10's

But thanks, I hope for 10's, Im hoping for 1.5 60's with lots of seat time. I still could set up a NLTS setup to help keep the turbo spooled too. 10.99 would be great, its just going to be hard since the car has no safety equipment, and to run faster than 11.49 or 125mph you need a '6 point cage'
ahh.. went 11.2 @ 129 on 32lbs, and 11.1 @ 125ish mph on 27lbs 1.6 60' vs 1.9 60ft.. it has power to go 10s, but season is over and track prep has gone down the tubes now.
