Run a carfax.

Do a leakdown/compression test.

Also, I'm not very experienced with driving a stick, but for that price I will be happy to learn

An ITR ECU on a GSR? Makes no sense. Seriously question what they have done to that poor car before buying it.

I suggest you to take someone along with you that knows something about cars and have them check it out for you.

GL.

I would check that out thoroughly with someone who knows about cars before buying it. That price for the condition makes me skeptical. Hell, that you could sell the swap out of the car and break even...provided it works

sure get it. if its junk, re-sell it, part it out. wonder what kind of engine work it needs? if its something simple, buy it, hell, the swap is worth that much.

you're going to put work in for sure. but hey, 1,500 for a car that runs. not bad at all.

buy it... 1500 for any car isnt a lot... if it need work make the repairs... the body looks to be clean and the interior looks mint so I would def go and grab it if I were you... then spend 500 more bring it to a shop if you cant do the work and have them do a complete tune up and inspection. and there you go... you got a good integra with a gsr for 2000... and you wont get any gsr swap with mounts ecu trans harness linkage and anything else you might need for under 2000, unless its stolen lol

definetly somethings not right. prob a scam. no way possible someone would sell it for that cheap even if theres something wrong with the motor. like everyone says check it out first before sending them any money.

if your local and can check out the car it might be worth it. even swapping in a new motor, you could build up a stock gsr motor for 1k since you already have parts from the motor in the car as well.

i say buy it if you have time to play with it.

i would say buy it .. offer him less, learn to drive stick, drive it till the wheels fall off then sell/part it out or if you really like it and its clean throw another gsr swap in it and drive it 4 another 200k regardless thats pretty cheap yet pretty fishy if you ask me
