Default D15b tranny on a d16y8 in a 00 Ex

I've heard of d series transmissions with an lsd and I thought they were really rare. However I've found a JDM D15b transmission with an OEM LSD recently for a decent price. My question is will it bolt up to my d16y8? Through much reading and researching I think theres an axles issue? Does anyone have information to confirm or have additional information?

bolts right up, you will needs the correct midshaft and outer axles.

IMHO by the time you add up the prices, adding a MFactory LSD to a Y8 tranny will be the same price.......and if you break and axle easy to replace.

You might be able to get custom axles made by Raxles, just using large inner cups. I'm not sure if the D15B LSD will lock in the drivers side axle though.
