89 honda crx question

well i was going to buy a honda crx 89 but i was wondering, what the max horsepower you can get out of a b18a engine in it. with every possible upgrade

they have potential for 400+ horsepower it just depends on how much money you put into it. first you have to decide what you want to do not just put "every possible upgrade on it"

well a drag car is what i want.
and i was thinking 300+hp would be good because the car doesnt weight a whole lot.

for a drag car how fast would you make it and how much would it cost?
