Default odd lip kit on 98-02 coupe

Found this randomly online. I've never seen it before and can't find it. I thought it was the HFP setup at first but the sideskirts and rear bumper are different. I'm thinking it could have just been mixed and matched or something. Anyone?

uh it looks similar to the modulo lip to me but dont quote me on it.
