Default My ZC swap 99% complete.. have a question please help

(Edit: sorry the title says I have one question but I actually have 2)

Hey guys, I have almost completed swapping a ZC into my 91SI, im 99% complete but I have 2 questions:

Firstly, my old d16a6 had an aftermarket exhaust manifold. It has a stupid design that has the 02 sensor only on cylinder 4, so I was planning to use the stock exhaust manifold. When I tried to bolt the exhaust piece that goes from the exhaust maniold to the cat, it doesnt clear the oil pan. I am thinking it is aftermarket because it goes 2 pipes into 1. That is not stock right?

(If its not stock, does anyone have the stock one for sale?)

My last question involves the intake manifold gasket and the coolant port on the intake manifold. I bought a new felpro intake manifold gasket that seems to be made entirely of 1 soft metallic material. I noticed the old gasket had like a rubber seal around the coolant port, but this one does not. When I added coolant to my car, I noticed it seemed to be leaking from the gasket where the coolant port is. I tightened the bolt on the intake manifold (was not very tight I guess)... and it seems to have stopped dripping. Anyone know if the gasket is supposed to have a rubber seal or that coolant port?

Thanks or the help!

on the exhaus it will just be easier to buy a hedder for it .. in the intake gasket the one you have will work but i dont recommend them myself I rather spend $18 and get a oem one from acura or Napa

Hey thanks for the reply. Well I have the aftermarket header... but it seems such poor design to have the o2 sensor bung only on the cylinder4 tube... Any thoughts on that?

I would just get a plug and plug the o2 bung hole on #4 cylinder and then buy a o2 bung and put it down like by the collector so you get the reading from all 4 cylinders not just #4.

I found the exhaust piece that I need from a member on here luckily!..

Anyways, heres a pic, the motor is already in the car...... sorry Chorizo i should have taken it b4 I put it in.

One thing I noticed today, hopefully its just the clutch cable needs adjusting, but the clutch isnt engaging. I can push my car while its in gear and it rolls freely (I cant start it because its open header and my neighboors go ape ****). Any thoughts? Most likely clutch cable.... I would think if it wouldnt disengage then it would be pressure plate, but since its not engaging I think the cable is holding the clutch off the flywheel

Oh yea, in the pic you can see my clutch cable, how is it supposed to be routed, I cant really figure it out so it just hangs there...
