Is it a stock 94 Civic?

When the engine dies, do the dash warning lights remain on? If so, it could be a bad main relay or igniter unit in the distributor. If the engine does not restart immediately, check for spark and listen for priming of the fuel pump.

No its a 99 civic LX model W/automatic transmission. Can it be a fuse at the engines bay.....or is the fuse underneath the driver side...........?

If all dash lights are off after the engine dies, then the ignition switch is most likely bad and must be replaced. Also check to make sure the battery connectors and ground wire are clean and tight.
