Fronts have brand new 205/40/17 Toyo Proxes and rears have 205/45/17 Falken 512's that will get you around for a few months. These will also come with used 30mm adapters with all new hardware and brand new, never installed 38mm adapters with all new hardware if you don't have a 5x114.3 bolt pattern. I have never seen a set of these on another car, so these are definitely rare IMO.
