Do this, take off your bumper and lay the fog light over the cut out and see how close of a fit it is. That is if you are using an 88-89 bumper 90-91 fit perfectly just cut along the line and you will be fine

okay i have another problem now..
me and my friend started doing the wirin..we did some mickey mouse **** but **** it as long as it works
we ran some wires from under the dash (fuse panel) thru the fender onto where the bumper is at..we test it out it worked...then we decided so start wiring the other side the passenger side but all of a suden nothing wants to work...not the driver nor the passenger. we hooked up the wires to the fuse panel and ran it...we were going to ground it to a bolt that's there but nothiN!
here are some pics..

Wow you should'nt use those twist connectors, they are'nt meant to rattle around in cars they're for homes. solder it or use crimp connectors. Try getting power from the two accessory slots at the top of the fuse box and add a fuse to all extra wires. also dont route your power through your switch it will most likely burn the switch out run the power to a relay (to run the foglights) and have the switch activate the relay. btw you might have blown the fuses you have your wires jammed into.
