welcome. start by saying what car do you have?

 

and use proper english. NO and KNOW are two different words.

 

best way to find out stuff on your own is to get a manual read it and go look at the different parts of the car and see what the purpose of it is. Read up on mags also and when ur ready to work on ur car, get a mechanic that knows what he or she is doing and tell them to tutor step by step. everyone starts somewhere. GL
