how to make a tranny survive at high rpms?
Is there anything that can be done with a honda tranny to slow the wearing of the syncros at high rpm shifts?
i have a problem lifting to shift, its way more fun to leave my foot on the floor, obviously we all know that stock syncro's dont like this. they dont slow the gear enough and it ends up trashing the sleeve and gear.
certain fluid types seem to help but its not a solution, it just prolongs the inevitable.

either learn to drive, invest in ignition interuptor, run closer ratios, or invest in symchros.
OR have tranny convert to dog style, but that would be several thousand $$$$.

i know how to drive, i rarely miss a gear, i just like to shift wot.
even new syncros dont last too long. I dont want to have to shift slower. I want the mess to live with 9000 rpm shifts. dog box is out of the question.
there has to be a way to do it.

Synchros are just brake pads, a wear item. Would you expect a OEM pad to work for and enduro at Road Atlanta????
It won't happen, you have to make the choice.
Clutch it.
Even with carbon-moly synchros and scuffed cones, you'll still wear the dog teeth on the gear and slider at an extreme pace. Synchro ribs will be worn faster and gear cone will likely glaze over.

Yup, full-throttle shifting
Best you can do is change to Carbon-Moly synchros, and keep replacing them every 10-15 passes or so if you want to keep your dog teeth and slider teeth in good condition.
For oil, make sure to run one that includes synchro/friction modifiers to help with shifting (most fluids with the "synchromesh" label do).
