Default NEED HELP!!! who knows there stuff?!?!

allright whats up everyone i havnt been on here in a while ive been mad busy.

allright so on my 99 accord which has the ulev motor i cant get it inspected or registerd cause they have no inspection records for 3 yrs. sucksss.

allright im on my second motor and 3rd tranny.

-1st mototr blew due to cold air intake and a huge *** puddle.
-replaced it with same ulev motor
-tranny slipped which was a/t
-honda replaced that
-tranny went again
-did a 5spd swap

allright the only CEL code i have is P0135 which is comming from the non ulev ecu i guess...?

i got a new denso 02 sensor from dealer made specificlly for the ulev motor
$150 bucks later...

still didnt help..

checked all wiring and continuity.

Question
the white wire isnt getting voltage so i was told to only give it 5v
is that correct?

also i believe the ecu is bad. and i need the ulev one.

Question
but they didnt make a m/t ulev in 2dr.
will the 4dr one be allright?

Question
im also thinking of just goin hondata i heard that can get rid of this code.
what would i need to use hondata and whick one do i need to get?

please help im so done with this car and my kawasaki ninja with its carbs. lol

thanks in advanced

If you get the ECU that was meant for your ulev motor you shold be ok (won't matter if 2 or 4 doors), since you are running manual tranny now, i believe that's what you need to be using, ulev ecu for manual tranny.
If you get a hondata, you'd have to get either the s100 or the s300 which is pretty expensive and then some... don't go that route if you're not doing mad mods to the car.

so you have a non-ulev computer, but a ulev motor in the car?

That's a problem. The ULEV engine uses an air/fuel sensor instead of an oxygen sensor.

Put a non-ULEV o2 sensor into the car. It will fit fine. The non-ULEV ECU doesn't know how to read the ULEV air/fuel sensor. Done. You can buy me some for that one.

2dr and 4dr. ecu are the same. yes you need to run a ulev ecu, when you get a new o2 sensor, get it from the dealer cuz the ulev is a special one. i have tryed other o2 that says they are for the ulev from autozone, kregen...etc. that didnt work out.

allright guys thx for all your help.

1999 they never had a ulev 5spd

i got an ecu from a 2000 ex ulev 5spd(first year they had ulev 5spds in the 6th gen accord)

i put it in had a locksmith come program my ecu to my vin# and program my keys

started her up and no CEL!!!!

i was so happy and excited ive been trying to fix this forever.

allright so i went for a drive and my car was so slowwww in higher rpms.

i noticed my vtec light was working so my vtec wasnt working.

and then the engine light came on again. UGHHH!!!!
it was reading p0500 which is a vss malfuncion

i fixed it today tho when i replaced the ecu i pulled the wire to hard and snapped it in half. i fixed break in wire with butt connector and im all goodie!!!

thanks for all your help
