Default Clutch to floor.. master cylinder going out?

I've recently been having some problems with my civic. My clutch goes to the floor and doesn't come back up. I can pull it back up and it will feel like normal for a few pumps, then I can feel it not come back up as far until it doesn't come back up at all. I just bled the slave and didn't see a single bubble. When the clutch is all the way to the floor, the slave isn't pushing the fork in the tranny either, so I don't think it has anything to do with the tranny. There are no leaks anywhere either. This leads me to believe it's the clutch master cylinder. Does this sound like it could be the culprit?

Ditto that^^^.
Either the master or slave cylinder is going west, most likely the master. 94
