Default adjusting cam gears? h22

ok I have blox b cams with i/h/e on my h22. After tuning it I lost alot of tourqe numbers and my peak power was 190whp. I didnt play with the gears. Would adjusting the cam gears bring my tourqe back and improve my overall powerband or should I just swap my stock cams back in

Anything done to the bottom end?

What about the rest of the head?

No sir it has a stock jdm bottom end and the head has upgraded valve springs and retainers and doesn't have any port work.
I have a camp1320 tri-y header mated to a 3" ws2 exhaust
68mm tb mated to a stock port-matched plenum

I know that .. You/YourTuner have to adjust cam gears during the ecu tuning.
But;in my opinion the main idea is your 3inches exhaust piping(about TORQUE problem). It`s looking very large for UNPORTED HEAD...& STOCK BLOCK

In my opinion use 2.5 e.piping or get some ported&polished head(or port your head) and 0.019Head gasket for some more compression.

Also intake manifold makes big differences on h22 s.. Euro R Ported Intake Manifold sounds like perfect.
