Bumper lights as park lights?
Find a honda tail llight socket with the three wires and it should fit your lens also. With the three wires it will blink with your turn signals and hazards, and stay on with the park lights. The third wire connects to one of your park llight bulbs in your corner lights.

you mean changing your bumper lights to running lights i assume. i did this to my car many months ago,and it's really not too difficult. you do need two 3-wire dual filament brake light sockets to start. they do not fit into the stock lenses at all though. you have to get creative with how to mount them in the light. i bent all the metal tabs outward and then slid the socket into the light. now at this point nothing is there to hold the socket in place. i then bent down each of the tabs so that it was snug up against the inside edge of the light and held the socket snuggly in place. now find out which of the 3 wires powers the dimmer of the 2 filaments, and connect it to your running lights. then connect the brighter filament to the original power wire, and ground to the original ground.
and here is the end product

to brownman: i pretty much made a writeup in my post above. it's really so simple to do, a writeup with pics and what not just doesn't seem necessary.
I have side markers on my fenders that the turn signal wiring goes to. Is there a way to make everything work at the same time? Just splice into that wiring with the 3 wires from the socket?
disregard my last post! I just did one side and it was sooo easy! But its really dim though, i know its daytime but it seems too dim. Do any of yall have it wired so the brighter filliment stays all the time? Will it burn out if i do it like that?
if the brighter filament stays on all the time, then you would have to use the dimmer filament as the flasher. and as you can imagine that wouldn't work at all, assuming you actually wanted to see the bumper lights still flash. and yes i would imagine that the bulb would burn out much sooner with the brighter filament on all the time
Did this a while when i had my EF. What i did was, found a powered wire under the hood, or somewhere in the car. Spliced some wires, grounded them, hooked it to the bumper lights and a switch in the car. Cant remember the exact wiring, but both filaments worked perfectly, and i had the option of turning the bumper lights on/off whenever i wanted.
