Default Seat question (passenger to driver)

Hey i did some searching and came up with no solid answers. I have a 91 crx Si and i want to know if its possible for me to swap the rails from the passenger side to the drivers side. My rails on my drivers side were rotted to **** so i cant even look at them to get an idea. I was wondering if i picked up a passenger seat in good shape if i could swap the rails to make it fit the drivers side? Is it a direct bolt in? how would i make this work? Im willing to cut and weld if i have to. Also seat belt latch isnt an issue because i am doing a harness so i can just unbolt/cut off. Thanks.

if you were going to buy a whole seat just for the bracket on the passenger side, why not just buy the drivers side bracket? that is what you need correct?

I guess i should have been clearer, I have a mint passenger seat, and seem to be only able to find mint passenger seats. so what im saying is if i pick up another mint condition passenger seat what would i have to do in order to make it fit on the drivers side? just get drivers side rails and bolt them on? Cut/weld?

you will have to swap the guts. ie the pan, rails, I am not sure if the back will bolt on you may have to swap it also.
