installing 2000 gsr cluster into a 95 gsr

i was installing my 2000 GSR cluster into my 95 gsr and the gas dosnt read and the abs light stays on. what is the problem?

did you use the green film off your stock cluster because they are diffrent if you didn't change them out and i should work
