so its being bout two weeks now and for some reason everytime i turn the car on the motor.The rpms starts to jump up to 2rpms and then it drops to bearly hitting 0 and it makes the loudest noise . sometimes it dies out and there is other times it jumps to 3rpms and the thing that sucks the most is that when i put it in gear it starts to move slow and then it launches and then it looses horse power .i dont know what it it so i hope you guys can help me out thanks

 

start with idle stuff: idle set screw, or clean the iacv with some brake cleaner.

 

Is the CEL ON? What shape are the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor? Is the ignition timing set to spec? Is the charge/battery light ON?

 

i know its not the screw cuz i have played with it so ill check the iacv in the morning . no cel on new rotor cap new ngk spark plug wires and new spark plugs the battery is new and as far as the time to spec me and my friend set it a few months back .. but i am hopping its just the icav but i did notice two of my old spark plugs were black on the thread and the white part was a lil redish brown any idea on that ?????

 

car still boggin out when it i turn it on i cleaned the iacv it was dirty but it still does it now i notice that it does that when the fan goes on by it self but then i turn it on it revs up so since its not the battery can the starter do that or the alternator???
