Default EDM dual carbs

i recently got a fre dual carb manifold for free but im wondering is it worth using for anything like for an all motor build?

how many powerful hondas have you seen running dual carbs...

im pretty sure that they are fast with these but do you know any link were i can modify them in my ef becauce i searched and no HOW TOs any where? so can any one help me

what do you mean modify them? like installing an inline fuel pump? or what?

what motor are they from and what are they going on? someone around here runs a dual carb'd drag car.

they re from the EF6 crx in japan it came off the d15b engine, but i want to know how hard is it to make them work on a 90 civic dx and how much is the inline fuel pump and how hard is it to put on?

quite difficult.

think about it, carburetors are no longer used for a reason.

I have 3 sets of manifolds and carbs sitting on the shelf actually from these motors. I was saving for a somedy project. my hope was to put a d series engine into an older civic 1976ish run the dual carb manifold and possible gut the carbs and just use them for throttle bodys and tap and mount he injectors into the manifold.

My other thought was that these manifold are great for cutting up and building your ITB individual throttle body setup.

Anyway theres some thoughts. I did see a thread a while ago and someone actually did the conversion and made them work in an ef however i doubt he actually made more power.

Note these carbs are very similar if not the same as old 83-86 honda prelude stuff.
