well as the title says i got a 91 crx SI cluster on my 91 EF..when i took out the old oem DX cluster(no rpm needle) the temp gauge works perfectly..but then i put in the crx SI cluster and now the temp gauge doesn't work..any ideas on how to fix the temp gauge in the SI cluster?the problem is in SI the cluster..thanks ahead you guys

 

maybe you didn't wire something correctly...get yourself a si cluster diagram and go from there...!!!

 

91 crx SI cluster to 91 hatch is just plug and play install..i connected all the wiring correctly and the speed cable..and still not working..

 

make sure its connected in the bay..that wire seems to fall off sometimes..

 

ive had a couple of clusters that did this. it was the cluster itself, swapped in a working one from a buddys car and found out the problem was the cluster temp gauge section. goodluck!

 

make sure you have it plug up nice and tight to the temp sending unit.

 

yeah did that already three times..and no work still..i guess its the gauge temp section dats acting dumb..thanks for all the help..any other ideas on how to fix this?thanks ahead
