(I replaced one of the authentic washers with something almost identical)

It's part#8-501 it includes the 2 red and 2 black round pieces with the sleeve that holds them together (the two red pieces on the left in the pic are not included). It's only the Upper drivers side mount insert. One of the black round pieces is a harder material then the other; they're called the race and street inserts, so you get to choose which one you want to put in depending on how much you're worried about vibration in the cabin of your car.
