Default engine blown?

I was driving today in my civic, d16y8 on 9lbs, and was just down the road from my house, I got on it a little bit and shifted gears then all of the sudden like all the power went away and it smelld like fuel, i coasted into my house and there was quite a bit of smoke coming out. What does it sound like happend?

your going to wnat to turn the key a couple of times with hood popped to see the fuel squirting out.

look at fuel filter area on passenger firewall.

look at lines going to fuel rail.

look at fuel injector o rings for wetness/fuel.

Ya not to mention I've had strep throat and a blown engine wouldn't help me too much right now with work n such so hopefully the seals are all that's wrong
