Horns do not work in 1994 Honda Accord ex wagon
I have a 1994 Honda Accord ex wagon where the horns do not work.
Heres what I have found and repaired/replaced:
-One of the horns was bad replaced it with known good horn, checked them strait to 12v source
-Found where the wires got corroded and severed under the passenger wheel well
-Before I replaced the wire I noted that both horn wires had a positive 12vdc output (this is my problem how do i fix it)
-When either horn button is pressed you can hear the relay click behind center console
Any ideas of where to start to get rid of the 12 volt being hot on both wires. you would figure that would have blown out the relay and/or the fuse but it did not. Could it be a relay and if so where can you get the relay, i can not find it on hondaautomotiveparts.com or is it just the standard 4 prong honda relay used in many makes/models of hondas
