like title says i need a OEM front cover for a 99-00 civic with or with out fogs doesnt matter. but fog lights are a plus. color doesnt matter as long as the bumper it self isnt junk or been painted 5 times. cash in hand im in elk grove village for work, or gurnee area. post up whatcha got or shoot me a pm.
