My build should be complete more or less by friday , but my tranny has 240k on it , rebuilt at 150k but it still had synchro issues when I drove it ... should I...

A. send it to a local tranny shop to get rebuilt ,(300)

B. by a rebuilt tranny from Synchrotech....(500)

c. waste/spend 800 more dollars on a tranny with LSD and carbon synchros.....(1200)

I donno what to do I dont wanna be a one wheeler peeler but then again I wanna afford to eat too lol.

 

starvation is the new JDM. go with c.

 

you could get a trans rebuilt and just add the lsd while there doing it prob save your self bout 2-300 and still get the best of both worlds

 

rofl I am 19 and weigh 130 lol I am already a tad malnourished lol , but yeah.

well i never really launched a FWD with LSD until the other day with my EJ6 with a JDM ITR in it.....

My first launch i did nice and easy cause my axle boot is a little torn....so i launched at 2300 rpms and hooked right up and was gone....

last night on my way home i stopped on my road and launched around 3000-3300 rpm...i was 3/4 throttle for a half of a second with minor spin and then full the rest of the way and was EXTREMELY pleased with how it hooked up. She moves...thats for sure....
