Default Best GC spring rates for tokico blues?

Just as what the topic says. I was thinking 350f/300r. I know the tokicos aren't the best shocks around but i am on a limited budget (saving for boost).

I have some generic ones on there now and there just too stiff and bouncy!
Does any one have any experience with gc's and tokicos?
TIA

I'd just call Ground Control and ask them.

I already have the tokicos. I have generic coil overs (JIN) that are stiff and bouncy.

I was wondering if anybody on here had the same set up that i plan on doing but i guess i will call them and find out.

Actually I had a GC/Tokico blue setup on my 98 EX. It wasn't that bad...but certainly did not impress me.

Currently in my 92 hatchback, I'm using GCs (with integra front rates) and Koni Yellows. I'm extremely satisfied with this setup.
