What are you using them for? Daily driving, road racing, autocross, etc.?

They are decent shocks though.

For a sporty daily driver, they're pretty good.
For a seriously tuned track car, etc, there's prob. better options out there.
Hope that helps.

Chris, who has them on his 95 coupe, and has no complaints.

i take it that they re the G2 s ..theyre about 15% stiffer than stock..a little stiffer than the tokico blues and a little softer than the koni reds..they ll work well with most drops under 2" ..however, if they re anything like the tokico blues in quality, plan to replace them in a year when start to feel soft..i recommend the KYB AGX s..

I have to KYB AGX's on my 95 coupe, with Nuespeed springs..great shocks for daily driving and even pretty good for some A/X...

jus an example. will they survive with sportlines and people in the car over a bumpy road? sportlines about 1.8 inch drop. added passenger another 1 inch or so. will these shocks give out or take the punishment.

I got a set of 4 for my 94 Honda Civic 4dr for free at a raffle, I'm waiting to buy rims and coilovers to install them.

I had the rears in my car with sportlines for about 3 months. I took the sportlines out and went back to stock about 6 months ago. The shocks are dead already after only 9 months.

Personally, I would go with the AGX's. They seem to able to take more of a punishment under agressive driving conditions. As I'm sure you know, they are also 4-way adjustable dampening which is always a plus.

actually the seals are pretty weak on the agx's and they can't handle anything over a 2 inch drop. IMO you can't go wrong with the Tokico 5 way adjustables.

Oh BTW KYB G2's are cool. I have riden in an EF with G2's and no name sleeve coil overs.
