Hey whats up honda-tech! I barely starting out in the game and Im currently putting together a turbo Kit. But for the time being, I am putting on the basic stuff to make it a fun DD til the turbo gets on.

Current Mods are:
SKunk2 Tuner1 camshafts w/ Gears
JDM Integra Type R Headers
AEM Short Ram Intake
2.25 Mid-Pipe to JDM ITR Muffler
Stock Cat <- FTL
Skunk2 chipped p28

Now what I was wondering was, Where should I set the cam gears to? Also Should I leave the distributor timing on 16?

0 intake and 0 exhaust until you get it tuned. Ignition timing should stay at 16 degrees BTDC. Good luck.
