Ok, so I bought new pads and bled all 4 corners with new brake fluid but my brakes are still spongy. I push the brakes and it stops fine, but when I get to a red light while Im stopped, the brake pedal keeps slowly going in until im almost at the floor.

Could I have bad brake lines? Car does have 163k miles so thats my next guess.

Thoroughly rebleed the system in the correct wheel order.

 

Im confident I did. right rear, left rear, right front, left front. I did it until there were no bubbles and new fluid was coming through.

 

If the brakes were properly bled and you can't detect any leaks, then replace the master cylinder.

 

Yup, same here, master cyl is leaking by the seals, common problem you describe.

 

are you refering to the rod seal?

 

If you don't have a leak, then the rod seal is fine. The problem would then be internal to the master cylinder, which you would need to replace.
