Default Throwing Cel 22 and 23

I have a JDM B16 Swap in a 92 Hatch. I was driving down the road after it had rained, and my car has a history of having problems in the rain. Anyways, I decided I was going to open it up on the road. I down shifted and let it rip. The car seemed to lag badly, not get up to speed. I pulled over and turned the car off and then back on. I floored it waiting to see if VTEC would kick in, it didn't.

I pull it into my drive way and lift the hood. The VTEC Preassure Wires, both of them, had been sitting on the Radiator hose, and the electrical tape and bulldog I use to connected the 2 wires together for the swap melted. One of the wires may have touched metal and grounded. Anyways, I re-did the connections and tucked them away in a much better connection.

Before I started the car, I decided to check for codes. I threw a Code 22, VTEC Preassure Switch, and Code 23, Knock Sensor. I got out, re-checked that all the wires were connected properly from the ECU to the Switch, and everything was connected good. I then check the Knock Sensor, and everything was connected right. I re-set the ECU, and still, threw Code 22 and 23.

Can anyone help me on where to go from here? I can understand Code 22, but Code 23 for Knock Sensor as well? Any and all help is much appreciated.
