knock sensor zc motor

knock sensor zc motor
hi !
i have civic coupe 96 1600 auto transmition with abs.
the original motor d16y8 was swapped for a zc motor sohc by the previous owner.
now theres two engine faults.
one i have to change the oxygen sensor (lambda) what is screwed into the headress.
(1)is the engine fault of the oxygen sensor is decreasing the power of the motor?
(2)the seconed thing is d16y8 has a knock sensor but the zc motor has not, so the computer shows a 23 engine fault knocj sensor problem.
what should i do in order to remove this fault?
