Icon3 IACV on 99 Honda Civic EX

I just had code P0335. CKP was out. I replaced the distributor.

Engine runs 10 times better. Although, I'm still having an issue. LOW idle!

After I replaced the dist., my Check Engine light was still on. I checked the codes, and P0335 and an additional code, p0505. IACV malfunction.

I cleared the codes... now it hasn't come back after lots of driving. So, no more CE light, but I still have low low low idle. (Around 100-200 RPM but sometimes fluctuates)

I adjusted the idle screw, but it didn't work...so I moved it back.

I saw a GREAT tutorial for cleaning the IACV and completely understand the procedure... my only question is... WHERE IS MY IACV??

I see lots of pictures and diagrams, but they are all for manual tranny. I have automatic, and I have yet to find a picture or diagram. I've looked everywhere! If you have a pic, please circle it and post it! It's not in the same spot as the manual tranny. Promise.

Thanks in advance!

Its located on the back of the IM next to the tps it has 2 coolant hoses connected on the under side of it. It has a Black solenoid on it... If its idling that low and shows a code p0505 its a iacv obviously... Take the two 12mm bolts off and disconnect the harness. take the iacv off and use tb cleaner or carb cleaner to clean the carbon off the screen... Hope it helps the way your car idles... don't forget to reset the ecu!

I have a 99 civic Ex and have a problem with my rps bouncing from 1000-1600rpms...
i know what a pain in the ***! I may need to get a new iacv for my civic...
